Twitter CEO Elon Musk revealed Sunday that the social media platform has been “in the fast lane to bankruptcy in May.”
Musk made the comment in response to MIT researcher and podcast host Lex Fridman, who offered to run Twitter for free, “No Salary. All in.”
You must like a lot of pain, Musk replied. One catch: you have to invest your life savings in Twitter and it has been in the fast lane to bankruptcy since May. Still want the job?
Yes. Well turn it around, said Fridman, who suggested a “focus on great engineering and increasing the amount of love in the world.”
